Dion is the former Managing Director of Protective Services Limited (acquired by P4G Security in June 2021). He now owns and operates Medic 1 (event medics), The Neill Group (security consultants and private investigators) and manages an independent network of security professionals, known as PROSEC.
Dion has been a government licensed private investigator, security professional and risk management specialist since 1987. Dion is based in Wellington with a large network of carefully selected associates throughout New Zealand.
Dion has worked as a security provider, security consultant and personal protection officer to the film industry since 2001. Dion has provided security on location and to film talent for A24, Apple, Village Roadshow and a number of local film productions.
