Kia ora, I’m Adam Simpson.
I’m a veteran editor based in Pōneke Wellington, with over two decades of experience in factual editing for primetime broadcast television. I’ve worked across all shows under the 1 News and Current Affairs brand, including 1 News, Te Karere, and Sunday. Currently, I’m an editor on one of New Zealand’s most beloved shows, Country Calendar.

Beyond television, I’ve also worked in documentary filmmaking, with my work featured on TVNZ, Māori Television, and at film festivals across Aotearoa New Zealand.
